Automation
Automate the office work your team does by hand.
We build assistants and automated workflows inside your own Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace account. They work from your templates and your data, and a person approves anything that leaves the building. You own what we build.
Where the hours go, and what we build instead.
We see the same three jobs in almost every professional firm. Each takes a few hours a week per person, and the people doing it were hired for their judgment.
Chasing documents from clients
Clients email what they have to whoever they know. Someone files it, works out what's still missing and writes the chaser.
We build a flow that watches the shared mailbox, files each attachment to the right client folder, ticks it off the checklist and drafts the chaser for a person to send.
Drafting this year's report from last year's
A junior opens the nearest past report, swaps the facts and hopes the rules haven't changed. A director then rewrites half of it.
We build an assistant that asks the right questions first, applies the fixed rules in code, fills your Word template from your own precedents and sends the draft to a named director.
Retyping figures between systems
Numbers travel from your accounting software to a spreadsheet to a letter, by hand, with a typo somewhere along the way.
We build a connection that moves the figures once, checks the totals agree and flags anything that doesn't.
How a report assistant works.
The assistant has four stations, each a separate part you can see and change. The AI model asks, summarizes and drafts. The rules sit in code where it can't touch them, and a director signs every report.
-
01Brief
Asks the preparer the questions a director would ask, in a fixed order, before anything is drafted. The answers become the facts of the report.
-
02Check
Runs the answers through rules written in code: day counts, thresholds, legal tests. The model can't move them, and the result goes into the draft as fact.
-
03Draft
Writes the first draft from the past reports you've chosen as good examples, and fills it into your own Word template.
-
04Review
Sends the draft to a named director, who edits it, signs it off or sends it back. Nothing goes to a client without that signature.
Everything inside the dashed line runs in your account, under your admin. If you stop working with us, it keeps running. Adding a second type of report means a new question set, a new folder of examples and a new template, which is a day's work rather than a second project.
Why the rules live in code. A language model is good at asking, summarizing and drafting. It is not a place to keep a legal threshold. We write those once, in code, and the assistant looks them up.
Every part has a home in your account.
This is the parts list for the report assistant above. Nothing on it is rented from us.
| Part | Where it lives | Who owns it |
|---|---|---|
| The question set for each type of report | A Copilot Studio agent | Your firm |
| The rules, and the code that applies them | The agent, or a Power Automate flow | Your firm |
| Past reports you've chosen as good examples | A SharePoint library | Your firm |
| Your Word template, filled in by a flow | The same SharePoint library | Your firm |
| Approval by a named director | Teams or Outlook | The director |
| The assistant itself | Your Microsoft 365 account | Your admin |
| The AI model | Chosen in Microsoft 365 Copilot: OpenAI's models, or Anthropic's Claude if your admin enables it | Your admin |
On Google Workspace the same assistant is built with Apps Script, Gmail, Drive and Docs, and the parts list looks the same.
What it costs to run, stated before you sign.
If your staff already have Microsoft 365 Copilot licenses, they can use an assistant that answers from your own files at no extra charge. Automated steps, such as a flow that fills a Word template, use Copilot Credits, which Microsoft sells pay-as-you-go at about one US cent each. A firm producing fifty reports a year spends well under $100.
Some steps use connectors Microsoft classes as premium. Filling a Word template is one. Those need a premium license or credits, and we name each one in the scope with its monthly cost.
No license to us. We don't sell an AI product, so there is no per-seat fee and no annual renewal. You pay Microsoft or Google what they charge, and you pay us once.
Switch models whenever you like. We build so you can move between OpenAI's models and Anthropic's Claude without rebuilding anything.
Four rules for everything we automate
Start from what you have
If a tool you already have can do the job, we use it. We add something new only when nothing you have will do, and we name its cost before you sign.
Fixed rules go in code
Thresholds, dates and legal tests are written down once and applied by code. The AI model asks, summarizes and drafts. It never decides a rule.
A person approves what leaves the building
Drafts, emails and filings wait for someone on your team to press send. Every output has a named approver.
Your admin stays in charge
Access runs through your accounts. Your admin decides who can use each assistant and which AI models it may call.

Describe it the way you'd explain it to a new starter. We'll tell you whether we can automate it, what it would cost to build and what it would cost to run.
